WORK MODEL: 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH
EXPERIENCE: 3–5 years experience
Contract Duration: 1 year contract (potential to extend)
Maximum Budget (Please note, this is in pure sourcing model, i.e. the consultant will be in LBC payroll)
For 3 yrs experience - 6939 INR per day
For 4-5 yrs of experience - 11,184 INR per day
Objectifs et livrables:
Role summary
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn product requirements into clear, usable interfaces for Data & AI products. You’ll work with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders from early discovery through implementation.
What you’ll do
• Translate user needs, product requirements, and technical constraints into user flows and interface designs.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, and interaction patterns in Figma.
• Build and maintain design system components, guidelines, and reusable patterns.
• Design responsive experiences for desktop and web-based applications.
• Run usability reviews and use findings to improve navigation, content, and interaction design.
• Present design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Work with developers during implementation to preserve design intent and resolve visual or interaction issues.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design for digital products.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and design documentation.
• Experience creating design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Ability to explain design decisions with reference to user needs and product goals.
• A portfolio that shows process, final designs, and examples of work delivered with engineering teams.
Good to have
• Experience designing dashboards, analytics products, enterprise applications, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Exposure to user research, journey mapping, or design handoff tools.
