Requested skills
• Strong hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager for SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations or ERP transformations.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration landscapes.
• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP migration/redeployment projects.
• Experience managing data migration, system integrations, interfaces, testing and cutover activities.
• Strong understanding of dependencies between ERP, infrastructure and surrounding enterprise applications.
• Ability to manage several interconnected workstreams and projects simultaneously.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency and escalation management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating system integrators, vendors, internal IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong project governance, planning and executive-level reporting skills.
• Hungarian native and Excellent English communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Objectifs et livrables
• End-to-end technical project management of the ERP redeployment from SAP ECC6 / Oracle E-Business Suite to SAP S/4HANA.
• Establish and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and critical path.
• Coordinate technical workstreams across ERP, infrastructure, integrations, data migration, interfaces and connected applications.
• Manage the interdependencies and integration points with the two parallel projects running alongside the ERP deployment.
• Drive technical readiness across project phases, including design, build, testing, cutover and go-live preparation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Digital/IT, manufacturing, business teams, implementation partners and external vendors.
• Track technical risks and blockers, ensuring timely escalation and clear ownership of remediation actions.
• Provide concise project governance and status reporting, including progress, risks, dependencies, decisions required and upcoming milestones.
• Coordinate technical cutover and go-live readiness, including dependencies, sequencing and escalation management.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and transition into operational support.
