Senior Project Manager

Provision of an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic enterprise technology and security enablement project within the Digital Security function.
The consultant will operate within the project and portfolio management framework and be responsible for establishing, mobilizing, and managing a complex cross-functional project involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and technology teams across a global environment.
The role will ensure project delivery is effectively governed and controlled, with accountability for planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, financial oversight, and successful delivery of agreed outcomes.
The client is looking for someone with minimum 8 years of experience in senior project management roles and has managed transformations within complex, global and matrix-managed organizations.
The Senior Project Manager will be expected to:
• Establish and maintain project governance, planning, reporting, and delivery controls.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and delivery teams operating across a global environment.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, assumptions, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Manage project mobilisation activities and ongoing agile delivery management.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, and governance forums.
• Ensure alignment across business, technology, operational, and third-party stakeholders.
• Support organisational readiness, transition planning, and handover activities where required.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting in accordance with organisational standards and governance requirements.
