Work mode: Full remote, global travel required (around 4 trips per year)

Summary
Opella is delivering a global ERP transformation (2026–2029), deploying its Polaris ERP template across manufacturing sites while replacing legacy systems. The Senior PMO will support governance, planning, reporting, and delivery oversight across multiple projects alongside Accenture.
Mandatory:
5-8 years of Senior PMO / Program Management experience on large transformation programs
Strong PMO governance, integrated planning, RAID, and budget management
Experience managing external system integrators (e.g. Accenture)
Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting
Proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, and portfolio reporting tools
Nice to Have:
ERP implementation or upgrade experience (SAP preferred)
Experience in healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing
Multi-country or multi-site rollout experience
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
