Senior IT Buyer / Procurement & Vendor Manager

Senior IT Buyer / Procurement & Vendor Manager within the Global IT Procurement function.
Acts as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for internal stakeholders and assigned suppliers.
Represents the IT Procurement function internally and externally, including engagement with international strategic suppliers. Participates in governance forums (e.g., IT Committee) to represent procurement initiatives, projects, and sourcing decisions.
Lead, prepare, and execute strategic sourcing activities, including RFx processes, negotiations, supplier escalations, and supplier relationship management.
Drive sourcing transformation and change management across the organization.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies, category strategies, and procurement process improvements.
Support category management and ensure execution of category plans in collaboration with category managers.
Strengthen supplier performance and governance through the Supplier Risk Management program by monitoring vendor performance and contractual compliance.
Identify spend optimization and supplier improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
Deliver measurable procurement savings and business value.
Executed RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and sourcing events. Implemented sourcing and category strategies. Procurement recommendations and presentations for governance forums (e.g., IT Committee). Supplier performance reviews and compliance reports. Spend analysis and supplier opportunity assessments. Savings reports and sourcing performance metrics. Stakeholder communication and supplier relationship management documentation. Support for category plans and procurement initiatives.
