This is a multidisciplinary railway and transport infrastructure project based in Bangkok, Thailand. The project scope covers turnkey infrastructure, civil works, and signalling systems. Delivery relies on international information management standards (ISO 19650) to coordinate work across local teams, joint venture partners, external suppliers, and distributed engineering centers.
Project Goal
The primary goal is to establish a standardized, end-to-end BIM delivery framework from project setup to final handover. This framework ensures seamless design coordination across all engineering disciplines, reduces risk and errors during construction, and delivers accurate, fully traceable asset data to the client.
