Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions (PPS) is seeking an experienced Global Deployment PMO Lead to establish, govern, and coordinate the accelerated deployment of the NIMBLE Manufacturing Platform across an initial portfolio of approximately 28 manufacturing sites during 2027 and 2028.
The engagement is focused on building the deployment capability, governance framework, planning processes, and execution discipline required to support the large-scale rollout of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) capabilities, Production Reporting, Quality Operations, Electronic Work Packets (eWP), and associated manufacturing digitalisation solutions. The Fast Track Program is intended to establish a repeatable deployment model capable of scaling beyond the initial deployment wave.
Goals
• Establish a scalable deployment operating model.
• Successfully mobilise and coordinate deployment activities across approximately 28 manufacturing sites.
• Support the building and develop a network of Site Deployment Leaders
• Create governance structures that support executive decision-making and deployment accountability.
• Develop Program documentation, standards, and deployment methodologies.
• Improve deployment maturity and capability across PPS.
• Ensure consistent deployment planning, reporting, risk management, and readiness assessment processes are adopted globally.
• Create the foundation for future deployment waves beyond the initial 2027 Program.
• Manage the Portfolio through execution
