Product Owner, Weighing & Dispensing - REMOTE - INDIA

Act as Product Owner for the Weighing & Dispensing capability, defining priorities, roadmap and product direction across Siemens Opcenter and Tulip W&D capabilities.
Manage the end-to-end Siemens Opcenter W&D product lifecycle across the 9 manufacturing sites where the solution is deployed. Ensure stable, reliable and GxP-compliant operation of W&D applications, with no business disruption or manufacturing impact.
Partner primarily with the Global W&D Business Process Owner (BPO), who represents the business process, defines business priorities and drives process standardization across the manufacturing network.
Engage directly with manufacturing sites when required for deployments, incidents, audits, investigations, process improvements, validation activities or transformation needs.
Drive the Siemens Opcenter separation and takeover from Sanofi before the TSA expiry in April 2027, ensuring business continuity, sustainable support and post-TSA readiness.
Govern vendor performance, support model, patches, upgrades, bug corrections, enhancements, releases and lifecycle activities with Siemens and other relevant partners.
Own the Tulip W&D capability from a product perspective, supporting the transformation program that will deploy Tulip-based W&D capabilities in selected sites.
Ensure compliance, validation readiness, audit readiness, data integrity and appropriate lifecycle documentation across the W&D application landscape.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Integration teams on major initiatives, while technical architecture ownership remains with
Enterprise Architecture. W&D product roadmap and prioritization backlog maintained and aligned with business, compliance, separation and transformation priorities.
Documented product decisions, business requirements, functional priorities and roadmap inputs for Siemens Opcenter and Tulip W&D capabilities.
Siemens Opcenter separation and takeover support, including contribution to TSA exit planning, target operating model, vendor support model, business continuity requirements and product readiness activities.
Validated and prioritized demand pipeline for enhancements, bug fixes, patches, upgrades, regulatory changes, lifecycle activities and releases.
Vendor governance follow-up, including service performance, issue escalation, delivery tracking, supportability and roadmap alignment.
Operational service oversight, including follow-up of incidents, recurring issues, change requests, releases, patches and lifecycle risks.
Compliance and validation inputs for GxP activities, audit readiness, data integrity and business continuity.
Tulip W&D capability support, including contribution to future-state requirements, deployment priorities, process harmonization and product adoption. Regular status updates to Digital Manufacturing leadership and key stakeholders on product risks, decisions, priorities and delivery progress.
