Product Owner > 6 ans XP

I am looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team and support one of our internally developed applications. The application aims to digitalize and streamline the management of our flow matrix and is jointly owned by the Cybersecurity and Network teams.
The successful candidate will be expected to quickly adapt to the Saint-Gobain environment and work closely with other Product Owners and stakeholders across the organization.
This position is part of the Cybersecurity Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and centralize user needs
• Define functional specifications
• Prioritize the backlog in JIRA
• Lead agile ceremonies
• Test and validate delivered developments
• Drive change/adoption: documentation, training, communication
• Monitor value realization with defined KPIs
• Ensure application stability in run mode
The development team is based in Paris and in India.
English mandatory.
Required qualifications :
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments (Scrum)
• Good general IT knowledge (protocols, API, network, …)
• Soft Skills: excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management; decisive and outcome-focused
• Langues : French and English mandatory
