Project Summary
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the deployment of the PeopleSoft system across the organization in Mexico. This role covers all IT aspects of the project, from planning and execution to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for the PeopleSoft rollout in Mexico.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (business units, IT teams, external vendors) to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and testing of the PeopleSoft system, integrating in/out interfaces to meet specific needs.
- Manage change management activities, including communication, training, and user support.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to data security, privacy, and reporting.
- Facilitate smooth go-live and provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.

Key Deliverables
- Project Charter, Project Plan and Schedule.
- Stakeholder Analysis and Communication Plan.
- Requirements Documentation and Design/Configuration Documentation.
- IT Test Plans and Scripts (unit, integration, UAT).
- Training Materials and User Guides.
- Data Migration Plan (ETL).
- Change Management Plan (with business assistance).
- Go-Live IT Checklist and cutover plan.
- Post-Go-Live Support Plan and Project Closure Report.

Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in PeopleSoft IT departments (build & maintenance), ideally in major, multicultural organizations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP setup, PeopleSoft Financials 9.1, 9.2 or higher (modules AP, AR, Billing, GL, CM, PC and CA).
- Considerable knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, landscape, and in/out interfaces.
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft roll out and migration from other ERP (including data migration).
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong experience in full-cycle ERP projects: study, design, build, UAT (Test Driven delivery), production migration, and post go-live support.
- Ability to manage scope, budget, planning, security, and data privacy through steerco and regular meetings.
- Mandatory finance skills.

Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of PeopleCode, Process Scheduler, Application Designer.
- French as an additional language.
