- Work mode: Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: Until 31 December 2026
- Extension possibility: Foreseen through 2027, renewed yearly, long-term
- Travel: Paris, 1 to 2 times per year
- Language(s): English (mandatory), French is a plus
Project Summary
We are looking for a senior PMO focused on portfolio governance, finance and contracts for a large international IT security portfolio (around 25 programmes, 100 entities). This is not a delivery role. The PMO will run budget governance, build C-level presentations and business cases, and manage the contracting and invoicing acceptance process with entities.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and present synthesized C-level governance materials (budget requests, business cases, risks)
- Run portfolio budget validation and financial monitoring of project consumption
- Draft contracts with entities, follow up until signature and acceptance of invoiced costs
- Negotiate with entities to secure contract signature
- Maintain consolidated portfolio planning and dashboards
- Lead the financial aspects of the Move to BAU
Mandatory Experience:
- 7+ years in portfolio PMO, governance and executive presentation
- Expertise in budget and finance (business cases, budget validation, cost monitoring)
- Experience managing contracts with entities or clients through to signature and invoicing
- Experience in international environments, with risk and change management
- Expertise in Agile or Product organizations
Preferred Experience:
- IT security or cybersecurity portfolio background
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint
