Project Summary
We are looking for an IT Performance Lead to manage the data model product behind a ticketing tool used to support the performance of our IT solutions and processes. This person will define product vision and strategy, manage the backlog, ensure data governance and quality, and act as the bridge between business, data, and technical teams across our organization.

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities
- Manage the datamodel product based on the ticketing tool used to support IT performance, maximizing value delivery and operational efficiency
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with IT teams and organizational goals
- Prioritize the product backlog, write user stories, and ensure delivery of high value features
- Manage and maintain data governance, quality, and compliance, in collaboration with Data teams
- Propose, monitor, and analyze KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities
- Implement and track operational performance initiatives using data driven methods
- Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives based on user feedback
- Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure alignment and transparency
- Collaborate closely with IT and Data teams to ensure coherence and quality of deliverables
- Promote a culture of performance, innovation, and agility within the project

Experience Required
- 8+ years of experience in data product owner or similar role
- Experience working in Agile environments, participating in agile ceremonies, familiar with agile tools
- Experience with product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
- Track record delivering digital products that meet user needs and drive business results
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories
- Experience conducting user research, testing, and feedback sessions to improve product usability
- Understanding of UX principles and their impact on product design and adoption
- Previous work in data driven environments
- Experience ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables
- Experience analyzing product performance using KPIs and proposing improvements
- Experience serving as a bridge between users, business, and technical teams
