Project Summary
We are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join a transversal team in charge of running infrastructure services for all our business units globally. The role combines technical and service management across operating systems, virtualisation, storage, backup and patching, in a 24x7 secure production environment. It sits in the context of the global rollout of ONE ID, DC and Network programs, working with Security, O365/Azure, Citrix and Applications teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Run and support server environments (VM, Windows, Linux, Storage) at local, regional and global level
- Infrastructure security: patching, hardening and audit remediations aligned to IT security policy
- L2/L3 support, NOC and monitoring, acting as escalation for AMER and EMEA teams
- Service management of key services, including SLA follow-up and Change and Problem management
- Automation and simplification of run processes, including use of AI tools
- Supplier and vendor relationship management
Mandatory Experience:
- 5+ years as Infrastructure Engineer in corporate environments
- Virtualisation, storage and Windows/Linux operations in production
- Security hardening, mitigations and vulnerability tooling (Qualys)
- L2/L3 troubleshooting on infrastructure and security topics
- Availability for 24x7x365 on-call rotation (follow the sun)
Preferred Experience:
- Professional certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Linux, Security) or equivalent
- Exposure to Distributed (AD, DNS, Citrix), Network and Telecom (Avaya, Genesys) services
Education
Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
