Mission objective Bring a senior Tech Lead (part-time 2–3 days/week) in a Team of around 15 developers to:
Strengthen platform governance
Drive continuous improvement
Support and upskill developers.
Expected Seniority: 7-10 years of experience
Define and enforce:
Architecture patterns and best practices Development standards (quality, logging, error handling)
Review and validate complex data pipelines
Optimize performance and platform usage
Continuous Improvement
Identify and reduce technical debt
Improve performance, cost efficiency, and maintainability
Enhance monitoring, documentation, and deployment practices
Developer Support
Provide hands-on support (design, troubleshooting)
Conduct code reviews and technical coaching
Lead knowledge-sharing sessions
Targeted Delivery Support
Contribute to critical or complex use cases
Support incident resolution
Provide technical leadership when needed
