Project Summary
We are looking for an external DLP Security Service to help our entities comply with Group Requirements and reduce their data leakage risk exposure. The service covers DLP strategy, product evolution, adoption, operating model, and baseline definition across the Group's DLP landscape.
Main Responsibilities & Key Activities
- Define the DLP strategy and roadmap
- Contribute to the product strategy in alignment with vendor feature evolution and the data security landscape
- Maximize customer and business value in the team's achievements
- Evolve the product to cover upcoming risks and evolutions in the data security landscape
- Identify and adopt DLP security controls to cover risks brought to business by AI solutions
- Drive product promotion and adoption
- Create material to promote product adoption
- Create material to explain new features based on the vendor roadmap
- Review the product operating model and suggest improvements
- Review product processes and their efficiency
- Define the product baseline of rules and the framework around it for entities to adopt
- Collaborate on the review of existing rule sets and optimisation opportunities
- Work directly with entities to review and implement their requests based on product capabilities (MS DLP, Web DLP, ProofPoint DLP)

- Up-to-date product documentation
Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience in the DLP / data security domain
- Expertise across Microsoft DLP, SkyHigh (Web DLP), and ProofPoint (Email DLP)
