[COURBEVOIE] EMS Transformation & Project Officer

Contexte de la mission

The role supports project portfolio coordination, progress tracking, communication preparation, and information collection/synthesis across teams. The officer will help structure follow-up actions, prepare high-quality presentations (notably in PowerPoint), and ensure that project stakeholders remain aligned and informed.

Objectifs et livrables

Transformation & Roadmap Support

Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage
Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the project
Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams
Assist in the monitoring and coordination of the EMS transformation roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
Help verify consistency, completeness, and alignment of roadmap activities and milestones.
Manage general PMO activities.

Communication & Presentation Material

Prepare high-impact PowerPoint presentations for meetings, committees, steering groups, and internal (senior management) communication moments.
Contribute to EMS communication deliverables (newsletters, key meeting briefings, internal updates), in line with T&P responsibilities.
Translate complex information into clear and visual messages for EMS management and teams.

Team Coordination & Meeting Support

Help organize and prepare meetings, workshops, or information sharing sessions.
Document meeting outcomes including preparation of meeting minutes, decisions, risks, and action plans, ensuring structured follow-up with owners.
Facilitate efficient interactions between T&P, QPM, and EMS managers during this period.
Track progress of actions and next steps across projects, ensuring follow-up with project leads and teams.
Consolidate project updates into clear dashboards, summaries, and management reporting and highlights inconsistencies between updates or potential constrains.
