Amundi Technology is the Amundi entity responsible for the design, development, marketing, and maintenance of technology solutions for the savings and asset management industry. With 900 employees located between Paris and Dublin, Amundi Technology has developed its own ALTO management tool and, since 2016, has continued the sale of technology solutions with 5 major offerings: ALTO Investment (portfolio management tool), ALTO Wealth & Distribution (discretionary and advisory management solution), ALTO ESR (employee savings and retirement solution), ALTO Sustainability, and ALTO Asset Servicing. As part of the commercialization of its ALTO platform and Dealing services, Amundi Technology must rely on an external service provider for business analysis support and project coordination within the Project & Professional Services for ALTO Investment team. The Project & Professional Services for ALTO Investment team is responsible for external client onboarding projects for clients who may subscribe to a Dealing service or a SaaS service on the ALTO platform. This cross-functional team covers Front Office, Position Keeping, Middle Office, Dealing, Risk, Performance, and Reporting topics.

2. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

The service concerns Investment Compliance workstreams, and in particular the coding of statutory and regulatory constraints. In this context, the main business analysis responsibilities on the ALTO Investment Compliance modules will be:

• Mastering the ALTO modules and operational processes,

• Leading client scoping workshops to gather the client’s requirements, processes, etc., where applicable in English for international clients,

• Coding client constraints and carrying out testing,

• Using AI to accelerate coding,

• Coordinating client validation of constraint coding,

• Identifying gaps and coordinating the implementation of a solution in partnership with IT teams,

• Monitoring the implementation of gaps while ensuring adherence to scope, deadlines, and quality,

• Training external clients on the ALTO modules and their new features (by enhancing user guides),

• Updating and producing documentation for the client (user guides, flow diagrams, etc.),

• Defining ways to industrialize the onboarding process for external clients,

• Participating in intensive care support (post go-live) for external clients,

• Level 2 support for external clients,

• Participating in pre-sales demonstrations for prospects.

3. FUNCTIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE SERVICE

This assignment is part of the use of the ALTO Investment Compliance solution dedicated to DRCCI activities (Risk, Investment Compliance, and Internal Control Department). The ALTO Investment Compliance solution will enable stakeholders to carry out the following controls:

• Control of regulatory constraints relating to the different fund domiciliation countries and associated UCITS V, AIFM, MMF, and ESMA regulations,

• Control of statutory constraints as defined in fund prospectuses,

• Ensure enforcement of constraints pre-trade and/or post-trade. The functional scope is very broad and includes, among other things, the following features:

• Modeling and coding of rules,

• Functional definition and monitoring of investment constraints within the ALTO Investment Compliance module,

• Mastery of the front-to-back order processing chain for each asset class

• Hardware: PC

• Software: Microsoft Office Suite, IBM Decision Center, SQL, Amundi proprietary software, VBA, Jira/Confluence, Teams, use of AI (prompting, knowledge bases, agents)

5. PREREQUISITES AND/OR ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Asset Management

• Delivery-oriented

• Very pedagogical communication with external clients

• Functional knowledge described in section
3 • SQL, VBA, Excel

• Use of AI

• International environment: English-speaking (Interview will be in English). Experience working with international teams is a plus.
