Automic Expert

As part of the Décathlon Value Chain team, the role focuses on managing and optimizing the Supply Batch Plan through advanced scheduling tools. The team is responsible for operating and enhancing Automic (One Automation), which supports critical supply chain processes across the organization.

The Value Chain Cross Engineering team develops and operates digital platforms that enable end-to-end supply chain execution, including warehouse automation, logistics flow optimization, B2B/B2C order management, fulfillment, import/export, traceability, and production management.

These scheduling services are leveraged across multiple business functions such as listing, pricing, forecasting, and store replenishment, primarily integrated with SAP systems. The role requires strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless operations.

The primary goal of this role is to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of the scheduling ecosystem that supports critical supply chain operations.

This includes:

Maintaining a robust and resilient Automic environment

Ensuring seamless execution of supply chain batch processes

Minimizing downtime through proactive monitoring and rapid incident resolution

Continuously improving system capabilities to support scalability and evolving business needs

Enabling efficient and synchronized operations across SAP-driven supply chain functions
